2011 PIT/CAMPING PLACEMENT PROCEDURES
NOTE: Please inform all new teams to call or E-Mail – Thank You!
ALL RESERVATIONS CAN BE SENT IN IMMEDIATELY
Bark River Lions Club major sponsored teams and TORC series sponsored teams will
have preference of pit/camp site placement. Bark River Lions Club race committee and
TORC will coordinate.
Rows A-F will be reserved for PRO teams.
Pit/Camping Registration Cut-Off Dates:
Pro Teams:
March 11th, 2011
Sportsman Teams:
March 18th, 2011
Spectators:
April 1st, 2011
Assignment of sites will begin on Monday, March 14th. Sites will be assigned by date and
other criteria. The camping and race committee will collectively make final decisions.
After April 2nd, all unreserved sites will be sold on a first come-first serve basis.
Non-Pro racers and spectators who are bumped out of their 2010 or prior year site by a
race team or site elimination will be given first preference on unreserved sites. We will do our
best to accommodate all. Thank you for your understanding.
Main Gate opens at 12:00 (Noon Eastern) on Thursday of race weekend.
You are welcome to stay until Monday morning 9:00 a.m.
All PRO CLASS TEAMS: You are expected to Pre-Register. It is the responsibility of the
Race Teams, NOT Promotor or Series, to reserve your sites.
Racers and Spectators: Please send in your registration ASAP to secure your sites. All
campsites are primitive (No Hook-ups)
Display appearance, Class, Participation, Cooperation, Sportsmanship & Past Placement will
all be considered. All decisions are final.
